Jess was first diagnosed in 2015 with Thyroid Cancer after being told she was “too young” for that lump to be anything. After nearly 4 years, a 12 hour surgery, 3 radiation treatments, and countless doctor visits she was finally told she was Cancer-Free. Unfortunately, just shy of her 2 year mark she felt something was off. After some labs and scans they determined it was time to keep fighting, so she found herself fighting for the 4th time. Her oncologist concluded that the form of Thyroid Cancer she has in considered incurable, but hopeful for a clinical treatment to maintain it. This round, she has so much more to fight for. After being told she would never be able to conceive, she gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, Maddox, shortly after becoming NED. She has also met her life partner, Cameron, who has become her rock through this whole fight.
Jessica makes you feel like you can take any risk, she will have your back, ready to fight with you, regardless of consequence. She creates a force of positivity that encapsulates her family and friends around her. She holds your attention because she makes you feel needed, unique, and valued. I want her to witness the love and support from her family and friends once again. Your donation will fund her treatment and everyday expenses while she heals. Your donation will, most importantly, relieve some stress. 2020 has been a hard year for many people, we understand. We are asking for your support if you are fortunate to be in the position to help. Any donation amount is appreciated and if you are unable to help we ask that you please her story.
